Artist's Statement: I try to express the earth as an ever evolving story. My materials are of the earth some formed over a million years ago are crushed and used to texture and color. Images of landscape, water & celestial objects are part of it, the glut of self imposed images of personal gratification (there are a few excellent ones) are not part of my relm. The attempt to make works that stand the test of time is important to me. We as people are only visitors of this planet.
