Clay Body: Laguna WC-397 white stoneware raku fired

Artist's Statement: With much trial and error over the years, 30 plus, in life, and the studio, I have found that quick firing of raku with a dramatic post fire conclusion is what still holds my attention and interest to date. My glaze application is "old school" lines freehand brushwork, using a sable brush. No tape, wax, stencils or scratch, just a steady hand and lots of patience. Just clay keeping me sane. The work inspires more work.
