Artist's Statement: This vase is a collaborative effort by Robert and Bruce Diebboll, father and son. Robert and Bruce have been working together for the past 22 years, where Bruce throws and Robert decorates the pots. This piece is influenced by American stoneware from the 1800's though the shape and drawing are unique. Their intent with this piece is to uphold and build on the integrity of the Early American Potters.
