Artist's Statement: My work are noticeable by their irregularities and imperfections. They define themselves in their pure character and spontaneity. By looking at a pottery or ceramic, one should see the personality, the nature of the craftsman, and if it was made with sincerity.

This is why I essentially use techniques for hand modeling. It allows me to maintain some humility regarding the clay, and melting my body and soul with it.
