Artist's Statement: In all my work with porcelain I am seeking an elusive righteous and subtle expression of life, energy and movement.

Porcelain in combination with wood firing and salt glazing are vehicles I use to explore the fluid possibilities of clay.

This vase shows such fluidity and a certain ethereal quality that reflects the ethereal nature of its contents.
