Artist's Statement: Gazing out my window this crisp morning, seeing the New River flow by over and through the rocks and grasses, reminds me that nature is the true source of inspiration for this work. The color reflects the autumn leaves almost gone, the swirls are mirrored by the whirlpools in the water. O New River, keep flowing by!!
