Artist's Statement: The focus of my work is to discuss the relationship between rhythm and melody. While visual and aural rhythm dominates the technological society, nature hides rhythms as stark, monotonous, beautiful as the machine. To combine the industrial pulse with the subtlety, variety of nature remains the purpose of my work.
