Artist's Statement: Few miles from my birthplace in Hungary archeologists found 7000 year old terra cotta goddesses. I like to imagine, and play with the idea, that those goddesses are/were my ancestors, so I create them again and again, with different textures, different clay bodies, using all kind of firing techniques. Sometimes they are just sculptures, but I prefer the idea of VASES, because as vases, they can hold flowers well.
