Artist's Statement: My ceramic vessels are drawn from my observations and interpretations of natural phenomena. Pentabud Vase embodies both mossy logs and rocks as well as budding plants with its small sprigs pushing out of its surface. The vessel also spreads any floral arrangements across the horizontal, allowing for space between each of the vase's necks.
