Glaze: Cone 10 reduction with titania yellow, clear celadon, white matt, Killikki Iron Matt and red underglaze

Clay Body: Stoneware

Dimensions: Height 7.5 inches, Width 5.25 inches

Artist's Statement: A drawing on paper was outlined with black underglaze and covered with white slip and then printed on the stoneware vessel in leatherhard damp condition. The paper was peeled away to reveal the design. After bisque fire, the various glazes were applied and reduction fired to cone 10.

I enjoy the textures and spontaneous qualities the printing process gives to the piece.
