Artist's Statement: I will be celebrating my involvement and making of pottery for 50 years coming February. Earthquakes have stopped me having a studio of my own and I now use pottery clubs for the making of my work. Consequently I now spend more time teaching the craft of wheel thrown pottery. As this has been in decline for some years I am pleased to say, I now have about 25 students who are very excited about learning the craft.

I am enjoying this a lot as I feel happy to help this exciting craft to survive.
