Artist's Statement: My work embodies a love for classical form with decorations that mirror my poetic interests. The love of porcelain continues to prevail as my structural material. However, an abiding love of color and texture leads me to choose decorative techniques that encompass a variety of ceramic materials from strictly glaze to colored slips.
