Artist's Statement: I have been reborn many times. When I touched clay, I was once again reborn and I had another, a new, mission and vision. I became aware that I could become part of ceramic history and that I could personally help revive a near dead Art Pottery tradition. I could become, and present myself as, a mythical, pot hero. Hence, this piece.
